My friends and I just came from a trip in Northern Philippines to visit a unique adventure camp in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur. To be honest, when someone mentions Ilocos Sur, the only place I could think of is the heritage town of Vigan with its well-preserved Spanish colonial and Asian architecture. Never have I imagined that this province is home to some of the best landscapes in the country. To cap it all off, there’s a one-stop shop for adventure seekers out there. I’m talking about the Narvacan Outdoor Adventure Hub or NOAH.

For those who are hungry for some adventure, NOAH is the perfect place to go this summer. NOAH is a very unique adventure camp in the Philippines in the sense that all the four elements – water, wind, earth and fire – are well-represented in the activities offered here. From mountain climbing, ziplining, paragliding, kite boarding, wind surfing, hobie cat, paraw sailing, and ATV rides through sand dunes, there’s nothing you could ask for more.

Headquartered between a peculiarly positioned mountain beside the ocean that faces the West Philippine Sea, the mountain’s beautiful cliffs constantly produce a steady side shore wind all throughout the day making it safe to experience the different outdoor activities that’s in store for every thrill seekers out there.

With the Amihan season in full swing, the steady cool wind gives NOAH the chance to highlight their paragliding activities, bringing in tandem pilots from General Santos City to aid their in-house pilots in offering thrilling and picture-perfect tandem rides.

This post-Valentine launch from NOAH, with the theme “Love is in the Air”, is one spectacular event I’ve experienced. There is that constant rush of adrenalines keeping us high after each activities we accomplished. And the highlight of it all, the chance to experience the joys of flying as we paraglided the cliff of Bantay Abot. And in an instant, I fell in love with paragliding.

Here are photos showcasing why you should head out to the Narvacan Outdoor Adventure Hub in Ilocos Sur, Philippines and experience the different activities lined up for those of you hungry for adventure.

  1. Fantastic blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers?

I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m
a little lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free
platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely confused ..
    Any tips? Appreciate it!
