Argao torta
If you happen to drop by the town of Argao, south of Cebu, do not forget to buy torta. This is one of Argao’s famous delicacy.
If you don’t know what a torta is, it’s like an oversized cupcake baked using egg yolks, pork lard, sugar, flour and topped with raisins, cheese and sugar.
